“Mr. Speaker, I believe Justice Arbour has done an excellent job in making a statement that is very simple and easy to understand. At the end of the day, I would ultimately argue that the effort and work that the Canadian Forces did, along with what Justice Arbour did, should be respected within the chamber, and we should be getting behind it.”
