Madam Speaker, we know affordability is the single most pressing issue for many Canadians. The government is committed to developing a national food security strategy. This strategy would make it easier for Canadians to access affordable and nutritious food, and build on Canada’s resilience and capacity to meet domestic needs. From the beginning, we have placed people and affordability at the centre of our economic plan because we know the pressures are real and demand immediate action. We believe in a Canada for all.
