“Mr. Speaker, if they did not spend so much time working on their clips, they might see people like the CEO of Shell, who just invested $20 billion in this country. They might see Chief Clayton of the Nisga’a Nation, who yesterday said she is looking forward to “manag[ing] prosperity” instead of “managing poverty”. That is how we are building Canada.”
