“Mr. Speaker, today, I want to acknowledge the remarkable work of the non-governmental organization Medical Relief Group Canada, which promotes the Canadian values of solidarity, generosity and compassion both at home and abroad. Recently, the organization sent a large shipment of medicine to Lebanon and personally oversaw its distribution to ensure that this essential aid reaches those who are most vulnerable and in the greatest need. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for the founders and leaders of this organization, who are on the Hill today, for their vision, dedication and leadership both at home and abroad.”
