Marie-France Lalonde Liberal
“Mental health is a serious challenge in Canada. Our government is addressing it by helping the provinces, improving housing, and lowering the cost of living for families. I will keep pushing for better mental health care.”
“Mr. Speaker, that could be complicated, because this is a very important challenge. As an economy and a society, we are facing mental health issues, which my colleague has been advocating to help. Mental health is something we are addressing. We are helping provinces with their own responsibility for mental health in our local communities by improving housing, returning dollars and helping families with the cost of living. We are going to continue to advocate, and I am certainly advocating, for better mental health in this country.”
