“Mr. Speaker, my colleague talked about the importance of building projects faster. Maybe he could expand a bit on the one-year review timeline that the government intends to implement in Bill C-39. What would that mean for the communities and businesses that are waiting for the implementation and would be able to have these investments in their communities?”
