“This bill claims it will help us build things quickly. To do that, it needs to cancel two major environmental laws. I cannot find where it does that. I want to know where in this bill those laws are cancelled.”

Bill C-39 purports that it would build things at speeds that generations have not seen. Obviously, that would require the repeal of Bill C-69 and Bill C-48. Is that in part 1, part 2 or part 3? I could not find it. In what part of this massive bill is the repeal of that legislation? Where is it contained?”
