“Madam Speaker, the member opposite is right that this is part of a series of bills. I believe there were nine or 10 of them, or something like that, in June. I am hoping to get the chance to spend enough time with this legislation to be able to judge exactly what it would do. Once I have that opportunity, I would be pleased to have a conversation with the member about what he thinks it would do.”
