“Investors need quick answers to make decisions. Does my colleague agree that Canada cannot afford to take a long time to approve projects?”
“Mr. Speaker, my colleague from Ontario is a seasoned businessman. He is well aware of the importance of getting quick answers when a final decision needs to be made by a group of investors for a project. I would like to know whether he believes that Canada can afford to take a long time before reaching a decision. Should we not instead, in the current context, try to make comprehensive and swift decisions?”
