Madam Speaker, it is unbelievable. We are paying more for interest on the debt than we are investing in health care, as my colleague just said. Has anyone thought about everything that could be done with that money? The problem is the current Liberal culture; the Liberals spend recklessly without achieving any results. I often talk about a real-life example involving the lease of a parcel of land in Nova Scotia. A private company leases land for $13,500 and is leasing it back to the Liberal government for $20 million a year for 10 years. That comes to $200 million. That is how the government spends its money. We need sound management, and the culture of reckless spending must end.
