“Everyone in Parliament agrees with the goals of this bill. There are still many unanswered questions. I want to send the bill to committee so we can answer those questions and fix what is missing.”

There are a lot of questions that are still left unanswered, and I do believe we will want this bill to go to committee to answer those questions and develop what is missing. I am fully supportive of it going to committee to get those questions answered.”

Mr. Speaker, I think the intent and the goals are agreed to by everybody in Parliament.
