Madam Speaker, studies and analyses do indeed show that women are disproportionately affected by everything that happens online. In fact, colleagues in the Pacific region have launched a free program called Face Forward, which was developed by Areto. This initiative protects female members of Parliament by giving them access to all kinds of resources and a network through which they can communicate. An initiative like this is important. However, everything we are proposing in Bill C-34 is also a very good solution.
