“I want this bill split into separate bills. If we cannot do that, we should vote on its parts separately. Every part of this bill has serious moral and medical importance.”
“Mr. Speaker, I do think, ideally, the legislation would be split. If not, a vote split would be a great idea. Anything that we can do to highlight the weight of every part of this legislation, the moral and medical significance of it, would be welcomed.”
