Madam Speaker, there seems to be some confusion in the remarks made by my colleague, for whom I have a great deal of respect. This has nothing to do with the decisions made by the Government of Quebec. What this bill aims to do is regulate the activities of organizations, including multinationals, that are unfortunately restricting access to data needed by patients and health care professionals. Does my colleague acknowledge that there is some confusion in what he said? The Quebec government is not the target here; technology companies are.
