“When the member was health minister, did he talk to the provinces and territories to see if they wanted health systems that can share data? How would sharing this data make health care better in Canada?”
“Mr. Speaker, I want to thank my colleague for his great speech. I know he has previously served as health minister, and I am rather curious to know whether, when he held that position, he had any discussions with provincial and territorial ministers to gauge the level of interest in this interoperability. Could he also talk about how this interoperability might improve the quality of health care services in Canada?”
