The proposed Canada creative credits in budget 2026 would help artists grow their creative businesses by providing tax relief on qualifying artistic income. Our government is also helping artists keep more of what they earn by expanding the expenses artists can deduct. Together, these measures will give our artists the tools and flexibility to grow their businesses and build lasting careers.”
