Watchorn consistently promotes spending and programs that benefit his riding of Les Pays-d'en-Haut, praising local businesses and constituents who may receive government funds or contracts. He also talks positively about any bill or policy the Liberals propose, even when his reasons are vague or simply repeat government talking points. He asks leading questions that prompt other MPs to reiterate the Liberals' positions.
