“I support this bill. Online life is just as important as real life, so things that are illegal in real life, like bullying and sexual exploitation, must be stopped online too. These rules will change as technology changes.”

Mr. Speaker, my colleague just made a very important point. Bill C‑41 does what is being done elsewhere. It regulates things that are not allowed, such as bullying and sexual exploitation.
