“The Brandon Chamber of Commerce has helped our local businesses and residents work together for 100 years. I want to recognize their 100th anniversary and thank them for their work in our community.”
“Mr. Speaker, on September 7, 1926, the Brandon business community chose collaboration and mutual support over competition. They understood that they could achieve more together, so they created the Chambre de commerce de Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon, which expanded its catchment area in 1987 and became the Chambre de commerce Brandon. Leveraging everyone’s expertise and experience for the benefit of all, the Chambre de commerce Brandon has been working to ensure the economic and social development of its business community and its residents for 100 years now. By working together in a spirit of co-operation and partnership, the members of the Chambre de commerce Brandon are ensuring a positive and prosperous future for their community. I want to acknowledge their extraordinary contribution to our community and their commitment to fairness, integrity and inclusion. One hundred years of commitment to sustainable development is remarkable and deserves recognition. Happy 100th anniversary and best wishes for continued success.”
