It has maintained a strong focus on the community while building a reputation that extends well beyond South Surrey. The firm has consistently supported local organizations while giving back through volunteer work in the community. It has also been a leader in helping make workplaces safer. The firm created Not Your Average Law Job, a national program recognizing lawyers who have built rewarding careers in a field facing burnout. Forte also created StandUP Teams, a bystander training program designed to address workplace bullying and harassment. Founded by Sara Forte, the firm has since grown to nearly 30 people and has received numerous awards for its work. I congratulate Sara and the entire workplace law team on reaching this important milestone and thank them for their contributions to our community.”
