Mr. Speaker, I want to take members on a trip down memory lane. In 1926, seven visionary and determined women founded BPW Montréal, a business and professional women’s network. For the past 100 years, BPW Montréal has played an important role in advancing gender equality and promoting women’s professional development. To the many CEOs and dedicated board members who have served the organization over the past century, congratulations on this remarkable milestone. While some are no longer with us and are watching over us today, I am certain they would be immensely proud of all that has been accomplished. To the tireless, the passionate, the go-getters: Your contributions have left an indelible mark on the organization as we celebrate it today. My colleagues and I have great admiration for all that has been achieved, and we fully appreciate the strength and collective power of women. I wish BPW Montréal a very happy centenary.
