“Mr. Speaker, it is always an honour to answer questions from my colleague from Repentigny. I have known my colleague, who used to be with Greenpeace, for nearly a decade. I am used to his opposition to all governments. I certainly hope that my colleague will be very excited that Quebec is getting 9,000 EV charging stations and that we are going to work in Churchill Falls to increase clean electricity generation. The Canadian Climate Institute supports our budget. Clean Energy Canada supports our budget. The Pembina Institute and the Transition Accelerator also support our budget. The list goes on and on. I work very hard on the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development with my colleague, and I very much look forward to him standing up and supporting our budget.”
