A debate about a potential new oil pipeline and export terminal in northern British Columbia. The Nisga'a Nation says they haven't been consulted by Alberta or the federal government. The Liberal government says consultation isn't required yet because there is no official project. This is mostly politicians arguing about a hypothetical pipeline that doesn't exist.
