“A Thanksgiving meal costs 10% more this year than last year. The Prime Minister promised to make life affordable, but prices keep rising. When will Canadians be able to afford this meal?”
Official Hansard

Mr. Speaker, I want to start by wishing you, the Prime Minister and all Canadians a happy Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, for many families, the cost of their Thanksgiving meal will take some of the joy out of the day. According to Dalhousie University, the cost of a Thanksgiving meal has risen by 10% since last year. One year after this Prime Minister came to power, despite his promises on affordability, things cost more. When will Canadians be able to afford a Thanksgiving meal?
