Snowbirds

During Statements by Members, Conservative MP James Bezan raised the Snowbirds, the 431 Air Demonstration Squadron’s aerobatic team. He said the team has been a symbol of Canadian identity for over 50 years and one of the Canadian Armed Forces’ most effective recruitment tools, and that the government plans to end it in 2026 without a replacement. He called for the Snowbirds to keep flying. No other parties’ statements appear in the sampled discussion.Written by AI from the debate. Updated .
