Oral Questions

Health

In the Health debate during Oral Questions, Conservative MPs accused the Liberal chair of the health committee of abusing power by suspending and cancelling meetings to avoid public scrutiny of the $300 million PrescribeIT scandal. Liberal MPs denied any cover-up, calling the Conservatives obstructionist for repeatedly asking the same questions. Much of the debate consisted of partisan sniping between the two parties.
