There is far too much noise entering the chamber for me to give respectful attention to the hon. member from Kings—Hants. I do not know if you could hear it from where you are, Mr. Speaker, and it is beginning to come down to a dull roar, but it was really difficult to hear the hon. member for Kings—Hants.
