The Environment

In this debate, the Bloc Québécois called out the Liberals for not doing enough on climate change, noting a Liberal MP quit over the government's oil-friendly policies. The Liberals shot back that the Bloc leader previously supported oil drilling, and insisted all Liberal MPs are environmental champions. Mostly partisan sniping with little substance.

“A politician from another party is quitting because he says his party isn't green enough. I don't think their party is green at all. I want voters who care about the environment to vote for my party instead.”
